Becoming Cultural Aware (½ day):
The diversity of today’s workplace requires self-awareness of cultural differences and language that supports diversity and inclusion. By examining our beliefs and behaviors and understanding what motivates others, we can begin to communicate and respond more productively within workplace communities.
