Coaching has emerged as a thriving profession providing highly useful tools for businesses, leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and those going through career or other transformational changes. From the Wall Street Journal to Psychology Today to CNN, major publications, television, and other media have recognized that a well trained, proficient coach is a valuable asset to achieving high goals, turning weaknesses into strengths, motivating high performance, and creating breakthrough results for individuals and organizations. The growth of the coaching profession continues at a rapid pace. Successful coaches render valuable services to their clients and get paid well for those services. Those who add coaching skills to their leadership and management toolbox produce highly successful teams satisfied with their leaders, their work, and their growth within their jobs. The key to success in either venue is that the coach is well trained. You will find training that produces extremely proficient, confident, skilled coaches in the University of Miami's Certified Professional Coach Program.

*The University of Miami's ACTP application is currently in the ICF accreditation process. The first 60 hours of the program are already approved as Approved Coach Specific Training Hours and the ICF did inform us that it was a tremendously well-organized program and easily passed accreditation review. Since the ACTP application follows the same organizational structure and continues to teach deep use of the ICF core competencies, we anticipate successful review of our ACTP application.
