Improving Nonverbal Communication (Half-day Workshop):
Communication is more than words. Words contain the content of our message, but vocal characteristics and non verbal signals make up the larger part of meaning beyond words. How to use non verbal nuances to enhance communication and raise understanding is the focus of this workshop.
